I have no clue how people get pretty pictures of food. I guess better lighting for one. Anyway, tired of eggs, so salmon patties this morning - almost 30 grams of protein. Also weighed in this morning and lost about a pound this week. Not super, but still the right direction.

Those look great. Maybe a little parsley or chives or red pepper flakes to add a bit more color? I love salmon patties.
