It is day 4 and I am still focused on the plan. I am even drinking my water! (with a bit of help from sugar free drink sticks) I have lost 2 pounds so far, but not officially weighing in until the one week mark. I also changed my goal to 130. May as well go all the way, eh? Hoping to find some diet buddies on here to keep me company on this journey.
