Now I am remembering why I love Atkins! I know I have only been on induction for two days, but I tested for ketosis, and it was medium purple already. It is a big motivator for me when I see proof that it is working. I weighed myself this morning too and I have already lost a pound. Now logically I realize that it is water right now, but I will take it anyway. It is the first time my scale has subtracted versus added in quite some time.
