Good morning friends! No official weighing today but I did get on the scale and I'm down about 2 pounds. I sure hope it stays away! Today is another fasting day. I can only hope it goes as well as Monday. I was going to do it on Thursday but we always go out for lunch on Fridays so I was afraid I would pig out because I was so hungry from fasting.
I'm feeling a motivation I haven't felt in a long time. I really need to get exercise into my routine but this time I'm taking baby steps. I have been walking a bit but I know I need to do more. It will come!
