Hello and Happy Tuesday!

I survived my first day of fasting. I ate Sunday night at 6:00 pm and didn't eat again until this morning at 6:00. I had 500 calories in that 36 hour time. I had to go to bed last night at 8:30 or I would have caved and ate something. I missed Alabama getting beat! I already have my food planned out for today so I don't over eat. I still have a few calories to spare in case I need a small snack this morning.

Great job! I have yet to do a full day fast. That's some great willpower.

Good for YOU! I can do a supper to supper type fast but when I did a whole day into the next it was ROUGH!
