Time to get back on the wagon...the calorie counting wagon that is...I didn't want to have to try to figure out what everything was (had lots of baking and on New Years...too many beer...oops...)

Time to get more serious about the changes that are required for my diabetes and for the life I want to be living...2012 will be the year for healthy change...

Jak, at good trick is to NOT eat what's not entered in the journal. This way, when you meet obstacles like during Christmas, you simply don't eat the baddies because you can't find them. Sure, you want them. But you don't know what damage they'll do to you. After a while it becomes habit and it's really not TOO hard.

I didn't go hog wild, but I did eat a few treats...I limited myself, but not as much as I should have...I'm just looking to moderate what I put into my body...the odd slip up isn't terrible, but I don't want to make it a habbit... I will have to get back into drinking water...I bought my wife a Keureg coffee maker for Christmas, so I was drinking quite a bit of coffee...and not much water... Learning, learning, learning...always learning...hehehe Later.
