MightyFull's Journal, 03 January 2017

Just realized I wrote down everything I ate yesterday in today - so had to remedy that! LOL, even though it will probably be the same thing.

Trying a rogue quiche recipe idea -- how do you think collard greens and blue cheese with eggs might be? Going to find out and I can let you know. Hubby seems to be on go with this idea.

Daily morning workouts are still going on - thank goodness for Skimble and the ability to continue getting up and working out first thing in the morning!!!
Two moves today I modified: Surfees -- I did squats instead. Fighter Surfer -- did modified planks instead.

You are on fire....you are doing great!! The quiche idea sounds great. Just make sure you cook the collards down, let them cool and then add to the quiche mixture.

Blue cheese goes really well in eggs. Done this with spinach but not collards.
