Ginsin's Journal, 15 December 2016

Yeap, that time of the year. Have not been able to get a grip since October. This is more of my annual confession, than journaling. I planned to order salmon strawberry salad for dinner, then friend orders pasta and I call the waitress and change to pasta. Oh well, here we are today, tea and my protein oatmeal for breakfast. When you fall off the horse, jump back on.

Girl, believe you are not alone. At this time last year I was only 45 pounds from my goad!! Then life intervened and things happened and I retreated into food. I yo-yoed all year up and down and each time I gained I did not loose back all of it. As a result I am now almost 60 pounds heavier. I am trying to regain control and have sworn that 2017 will be MY year!!! And I will not beat myself up any more either.
