Goood morning journal ! Yesterday I made a conscious decision to try and double my intake of water; I was targeting 4 litres, I managed 3.5 litres in the end. We went with friends to a stand up comedy last night, so I stopped drinking one hour before the show to avoid the embarassment of going to the restrooms every 20 mins during the show.

Anyway, great fun last night!! Went home my ribs and abs still aching from laughing. Then did my 100 abs reps before bed; it felt like I did 200 hundreds reps, adding all the laughing.. Regarding the abs challenge, I'll take pics of my belly every 3 days or so, until the end of the challenge, see the improvements - if any, ha ha ha! ;-)

EDIT:

I noticed that I am re-developing a sweet tooth too easily, which in turn makes me give into the sweets temptations; gotta cut down on the fruit a bit, the dried fruit (a sin!) and the fruity yogourts; and get more proteins and veggies instead.
Tomorrow morning: fried eggs and ham for breakfast!

I'm sure laughing CAN be quite a workout. As you say, you do work your abs. :) Well done on the water challenge. 3.5 liters is NOT bad at all.

he he, it sure felt like it! Anyway, I think we should always laugh at least once a day! My permanent resolution there... Thanks K, it sure is a challenge to make sure I get the water IN!! For years, I had the bad bad habit of hardly drinking any water during the day. But again, I was a teenager, with a different metabolism...

That's a GREAT resolution. I like it. I laugh all the time. My life HAS to be fun, or I go nuts. Then again, going nuts can be quite fun. :)

:-)) same here... Good day to you Kingkeld, I am still debating on the thin / fat person's thinking...Will continue this on the treadmill in about 1h. :-)))) Maybe I should get this as the main topic on New Yera's Eve dinner ?? I need answers before the end of 2011!!! LOL
