is all about mind and make this hard process fun, if we make this a numbers game wll become more fun and easier, avoid going advance with diets and excercie, make it simple at beaginig, keep eating whatever as long you stay below your daily caloric intake, so if you eat a pizza or a fast food burger fries and soda and these foods ar lets say 1500 calories but your daily limit is 1800, some how you gotta eat something light on the remanding foods like white eggs etc, and ofcourse the holly 1 hour daily moderate cardio, if you hace high cholesterol leveles, diabetes, high blod pressure keep the same aproach of max daily intake, but avoiding sugars, salt, or what ever your med told you to avoid and keep your calories mainly from white proteine and salats
