I came across fat secret today by checking calories for specific foods. This is a great tool and guide that will keep me on track when I begin a strict diet on Jan. 1, 2012. I am absolutely FED UP with being overweight. I am making some drastic changes and it is beyond time. When I reached 300, I was in shock, ashamed and embarrassed. I was an athlete in HS and college, a dancer, a cheerleader, a model. Now I am a stressed, overworked consultant for a Fortune 500 company and allowed stress to dampen my spirits and take away my freedom and mobility.

With that being said, Thank you Fat Secret and I look forward to working with you.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
