Nu Stevia
I've been using Truvia which only contains stevia extract (never heard of Nu-Stevia either) for quite some time now and prefer it over ANY other sweetner because it's natural. I use it to sweeten pretty much everything and my whole family likes it. I actually bought it for my husband who used to add two tablespoons(!) of sugar in his coffee and he didn't even notice a difference in taste at all. I love the fact that it's not artificial like Splenda, Equal and all the other sweetners.

help, new girl..... can somebody explain how the challenges work
Welcome lee shelly! Well, each challenge usually comes with things you are required to do. Every time you weight yourself (or whenever you click on the "weigh in now" section) it will show you the challenges you signed up for on the bottom. All you have to do is click on the requirements you have fulfilled (or didn't fulfill, whichever applies) and it will automatically show up in challenge...hope this helps! Wink

HCG Drops
BigButt2, I'm in the same boat. My first week with HCG was great, but in week two I only lost 3.5lbs and I'm in the middle of my third week and have only lost a pound. I'm not cheating or anything and I also exercise so I don't know why it's dragging. Wish I could give advice...

I absolutely love Supreme 90 Day! I looked into P90X and Insanity but they are sooo expensive and then I saw "S90D" at Dollar General for $20 and have been hooked ever since. The workouts are short and sweet and target every part of the body. There are some I don't care for too much (Ultimate Ball...ugh) but I still do them in the order the calendar describes. The only change I've been making is that I take off Saturdays and Sundays and therefore the "Rest" day. All in all, it is well worth the money Smile
