I'm trying to fast myself today. I'd like to do it every Monday just to start the week off right. The first day is always the hardest. It feels like you actually shrink your stomach afterwards. For me, the more I eat, the more I want to eat. With fasting I feel like I throw my stomach a curve ball. It's really interesting how you can function on much less food. What do you drink when you're fasting?

Wow! I haven't fasted a whole day in years. Used to do it once a week. Thinking of doing intermittent fasting that's a "thing" now. Good for you! What do you eat the next day?

@lynne141 - water and powerade zero (just one)
@luvinlife09 - return to low carb, but I seem to have a smaller appetite. Not nearly as ravenous as expected.
