OK - the scale finally moved DOWN a pound! Yeah! That's a number I haven't seen in awhile and it's a great motivator.

I ran 3 days in a row but haven't run in the past two days. My weight work out yesterday got cut short when my husband came home about an hour early and was ready to do the yard work that I've been asking him to help me with. Oh well, I was working hard in the yard!

Tomorrow my plan is to go for a horseback ride, something I was supposed to do this afternoon but my riding buddy flaked on me. I'm planning to go by myself, I just need to get my horse out!

So I probably won't run tomorrow either since riding and all that's involved (grooming, etc.) will take up a good chunk of my day and I've got to get some work done too.

I have been working at keeping the majority of my diet "raw", so lots of smoothies and salads. When I do eat cooked food, the majority of that is vegetarian, except for the occasional In N Out burger (with no sauce at least!) or the steak burritos I made for dinner tonight. Mine was mostly mushrooms, lettuce and feta cheese, but I just had to have some of the steak - it was good quality stuff!

Other than that, lots of water! The jeans that I was finally able to get back into a little over a month ago are now starting to feel loose. My next size down that's hanging in the closet are still a little tight. I'm able to get them buttoned and zipped, but the mushroom effect is pretty bad and I'm afraid to sit down in them. But - getting them on, buttoned and zipped is a HUGE accomplishment! Considering 3 months ago, I couldn't even get them ON!

Yeah!
