wt. is up, but over 4,100 mg salt yesterday. fast food= junk food for lunch.
Too much chocolate lately also, which is not good for my leaking heart valve.
I've been addicted to protein bars. Another fast food.
I have dozens of boxes of these different protein bars! Let's see if I can
cut way back on them, especially the ones with chocolate. :)
