Totally out of balance. Calories up, NC up, not very much but more than it is supposed to be, no time to exercise, and no end in sight so far. Overtime throws off everything.

Overtime can be a sabatoge on our diet and workouts. Stick it out and you'll be back in the swing of things soon enough. Good luck.

Whenever my normal routine is messed up it makes it so much harder to stay on track. You'll get through it.

I try to stay on track but it is borderline. Have felt better in my life. Need to drag myself into the kitchen just to pack everything for the next day. Good thing that I cook in advance on the weekends so there is normally always meet in the fridge. It is just sooooo much work to put it into a container *lol*
