I have not been dieting at all. alcohol is always my downfall! back on the wagon!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If I did not drink alcohol I am sure I would lose weight much faster. I am now drinking Micalob ultra light so I think that helps a bit.
