I did not weigh in today, which is very unusual for me. I have been eating like crap and I did not want to face the music. I then began reading everyone's entry and it really gave me hope. So much courage out there, you have inspired me. My goal is "8 in 8" which is 8 pounds by Christmas. Thank you to everyone for getting me back on the horse.
