Hi Everyone... and Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow Canadian peeps. So week 1 back on JJ Virgin's diet plan, ( The no bad food list : Gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, corn, SUGAR, soy), is going great. Down 4 lbs even though I only worked out twice...work sure gets in the way of living doesn't it :) I will try to be more diligent with the workouts as I truly believe some sort of movement, be it yoga, jogging, hiking, rowing whatever makes you feel bliss, is necessary for every human being. My sciatica is really pissing me off. If someone could remind me or ask if I made my chiropractors appointment that would be great. I never seem to have time to call for Dr appointments. not raining today Yay! so will take the dog for a nice walk and then do a leg workout that didn't happen the way I wanted to yesterday because of my low back issues and then some yoga. Have a great day everyone get out there and breathe some fresh air.
