This is three weeks on my current quest to lose fat and strength my core. I was 250 when I started, losing around 1 pound a day, got to 240 after 10 days. Doing cardio twice a day (between 15 to 45 min), keeping my caloric intake at a minimum three days in a row and then 1000 calories under my basal requirements (3000) the other days. Also lifting weights twice a day between 1 hours to 2 hours (If I finish a workout start another). It seems I reached a plateau, three days and I can't seem to go under the 240lbs mark. Trying to keep me motivated, eating only oatmeal, protein shakes and veggies gets kind of tiresome.
