totally fell off the wagon for the past few weeks! Back on track today with planning the night before comes plannedmeals and not impulsive lunch options. Now I must focus and get moving!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1224 kcal Fat: 38.18g | Prot: 89.67g | Carb: 157.34g.   Breakfast: dunkin donuts skim milk sugar ice coffee, strawberries, all bran cereal kelloggs, 1% milk. Lunch: balsamic vinaigrette, hard boiled egg white, cannellini beans, mixed greens salad. Dinner: boston lettuce leaves, milk, lean ground turkey. Snacks/Other: pineapple, light n fit yogurt, hommus, celery. more...
