Today is the day... I gotta loose the weight.
Yes, I have issues with food. Big issues (pun intended). My mom was overweight, I have always known her on diet. She tried everything. Growing up with her, I was convinced that I was overweight too. (I went through my teen clothes the other day and I was a size 0...). She kept telling me I was not but I thought she just wanted to be nice to me. Then, I had my kids and gained weight. I am so mad at myself for not enjoying my size 0 more!!! But no time to cry about it, just start to do something. First, my goal. We are going to the beach in February, I will be a size 4 or 120 lbs (read my words). Today, I am size 8 with about 20 pounds to shed (for my ultimate goal of size 2).
I accept any help and tips and buddy. I need help, I know it. I will get it. My hubby has made the change and succeeded. Now, I can do it too.
