What is a decent total calories per day??!
The site is saying 2600 per day but I would gain weight at that rate... SO I set myself to 1200 but I don't understand why they don't provide a decent answer...Rolling Eyes

There is even a site where you can pix of girl with their weight and height. It was great for me to define which weight I wanted to be!
