Yeah, day 2. I sticked to my diet yesterday to the T. I even enjoyed a little piece of cheese since I had been so good all day and was about 500 calories below my allowance. I still did not reach the max which is great. My scale announced a loss of .3 kg. Which means NOTHING since I just started yesterday. But it's better to see it go down than up!
Now, I need to E.XER.CI.SE. Find a way, anyway. Today seems compromised already. I am at work until 4:00pm then, I have to rush home for a Preschool meeting. By then, it will be 6:30 and time to go home. Maybe I can squeeze some treadmill time once the kids are in bed. This is if I don't decide to iron. (does ironing burn ANY of those darn calories!!??) I hate it so much that it probably should.
How do you squeeze exercising? Because honestly, it's not 30 min... It's an hour between the time to get there, to change, to run, then change again and go home. Oh well, I will walk around lunch time, this will be a start...
But anyway, I feel great. So far, I have been sticking to my diet and will go by an apple over lunch. Because an apple 30 min before lunch is my magical trick to fill full!
