TGIF! Hope its been a good week for everyone. I ate some Pub food last nite and just decided to go with it...A few french fries (drenched in ranch, thanks to a grandchild...) and half of a Philly cheese steak type sandwich ...and half of a dark beer. Not bad. It was more of a late lunch and I had plenty of time to work off the meal with the grand kids...Did not have dinner planned and grand kids were starved after school, so we just kinda splurged...I am no worse for the wear.

Today, I am skipping my workout as I have a half a million (actually 7) errands to do and squeeze work in there too...

My Dad had a good doctor checkup on Wednesday and we'll be celebrating his 89th Birthday on Sunday! So life is Good!

Here's to a Great weekend everyone! Keep your eye on the prize, but don't forget to live along the way... :)

You know what is cool? You had HALF of sandwich and HALF of beer. I bet that is portion control and positive behavior. Nicely done!
