this is upsetting. my average daily walking has been over 5 miles for the past two weeks. yesterday was 8 miles.
292.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 114.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Way to go with the walking that is awesome. But the scale not budging is so frustrating. Are you seeing any changes in your body that the scale is not reflecting? Check your food plan like Erika suggested. Best wishes to getting results!
