Does anyone else feel like the RDA calculator is off? I feel like 1900 calories a day I still way too many for me to loose weight. I do well around 1600 when active.

Yes. I manually lowered mine.

I think it gives you an RDI for maintenance. I've heard others here advise, for weight loss, to aim for 500 below the one they give you.

It is WAY off. Set your own number. Adjust as needed. #letsGO!

FS suggests 2100 for me, but I find I need to be less than 1500 to loose the weight with any sort of visible progress each week.
