Day #3.
6pm was out of the bed and heading to the gym, started the day with some spinning class and weight lifting, ate some whole wheat bread on breakfast and headed to work with the 3 meals I did the day before.
On a friend's advice, I decided to give the whole eat every 3h a try, found a little hard to eat, not being hungry.
Let's see how that goes, logging everything.
