what is your specific hurdle, Geothe?????have you cleaned out all the junk food and put it in the garbage? have you started an eating plan? are you mentally ready to give this a good 3-4 months shot???? do you have a goal????

eah, I have cleaned out all the junk food in the last weekend, I'm a bit of a workaholic and eat a LOT outside, so I'm now taking some food I made to work and got back to a routine with spinning and weight lifting. When I gain a little more physical preparation, I will start doing cycling again, which was what really helped me the last time. Thanks for the comment Cathy ;).

Good plan and steps; follow through, follow through. Seems like each day is a bit more work, but a bit easier to get done. (Hope that made sense...it does in my head) Once I established my plan and did my daily exercise, it felt like a natural part of the day. Was important, for me, to take it a bit further each day and test out strategy, making adjustments as I needed to in order to keep it going. Take care of you! j

One day at a time, the biggest problem is getting the routine going on, I also have a very stressful work and I often discount that on food, but things are looking good, definitely trying to log everything. Just prepared tomorrow's food and alarm clock set for early fasting workout.
