Between loss of dedication to exercise, (which was after December of last year) and the falling downhill of eating right. And now life stress, (which we all have and deal in different ways) I have hit the highest I have been in almost 2yrs. october of 2014 to be exact. I feel gross, worthless, crappy. I know it's ALOT less than where I was at peak. But still. It's hard sometimes to get back up.

Sorry you are having all those negative feelings, but sometimes that's what it takes to get the ball rolling again in the right direction! Hang in there and turn those negative feelings into the positive energy you need to start again.

Today is 1st day of the rest of your life. Give you son a better dad and push on. I am not too far from 200 and when I get there, I will dial it in further till I hit my goal. You can do it!

It's definitely a balancing act to fit all of what life hands us into a day and the motivation isn't always going to be there. But you have to make time for your health and to do that you have to make yourself lace up those workout shoes especially on the days you really don't want to do it. You've done it before so you know it can be done and you also know what works well for you and what doesn't so you are ahead of the game already. Good luck G!

I know the feeling of diet fatigue - do one small change, like you went for a jog. Next day change one more little thing. For me, once I am exercising the eating seems to follow. Hang with it.
