Great end to week 4. I'm rolling right along with 4.6 lb. for the week and 22.4 lb. overall. I'm feeling great and it seems easy to keep this going.
389.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 139.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
