No weight loss for me today but that was to be expected as I went out twice this week meeting up with family and had pub meals and a few beers.
I don't think we should be too strict with ourselves especially on these occasions. Wishing all my buddies and all members of Fatsecret a great week.

150.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
