Today was extremely chaotic! I didn't eat or drink anything until 6:45pm & chose poorly as to what I ate.. I'm definitely not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.. But I have to hold myself accountable for my choices. I won't let this deter me from reaching my goal.. Even if the scale moves up instead of down tomorrow. I'll get right back on track!
242.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.8 lb a week

I don't really eat breakfast but I know I need to have the Protein so I got a chocolate Protein and put 1 scoop in my coffee it keeps my full till lunch and it taste so good this mite help you I also forget to eat till late
