I am trying again today. I have eaten a ketosis breakfast except for eating 2 inches of a banana and 1 chocolate chip granola bar. I am taking 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to get more fats each morning, but feel like I need to eat something to chase the fat out of my mouth after I take it. This is probably cheating, but I will see if I can cheat a smidge and still lose weight.
