I fell off the ketosis wagon on Wednesday. I had to go to workshops for my job on Wed. and Thurs. and they fed us lunch. It did not follow the diet and I felt uncomfortable taking my own food. I also got a very bad craving for some chocolate chip cookies. I gave in and made a batch. So now I am trying to get back on the wagon and eat better again. I have shared this diet with my sister and I am excited that she is going to try it.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went to New Orleans last weekend .. had Beignets and Pralines. I am back home and back at the regular Keto lifestyle. I can do it .. you can to. Go back and look at all the reasons you started it in the first place. You'll remember that the feelings and desires of where you want to go outweigh the feelings of wanting to eat whatever you want. You got this girl!! :)
