I have been piddling around with this last 10-15 pounds for years now. HEY, IT's GO TIME! What I eat is not so much the problem. It;s the lack of putting some real effort into this bod of mine. I definitely have strong areas and definitely have weak areas. Here comes my 8 week assault on the FAT, not an assault on me...3 days weight training, 4-5 days cardio and 6 days core strengthening! I even took before photos and they were not pretty. I am too chicken to post them...maybe after I look better I will have the nerve. I picked 8 weeks because its that many weeks away till I leave on a trip with my sister. Its about 9 weeks till my birthday and I want to celebrate the birth of a new stronger and healthier me!
