The weight is going in the wrong direction. But I know why, so that will be an easy fix. Good morning everyone. Hope you are all doing well. The past couple of weeks have been kind of hard for me. Lots of family and personal issues to deal with. Too many to explain out to everyone, so let's just say it's been very mentally exhausting. One tidbit I would like to share though is that I got the results from my tests back. Everything is working normal. Yay and boo. Yay for normal, boo because the doctor still has no idea what is going on. I've added more salt into the diet, and it doesn't go away. I drink more water, eat more fruit, not helping. So, it's time for a tilt table test. I scheduled it for next week, so hopefully this will help figure out some things. Let's just keep working down the checklist. Have a great day everybody.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear you're going through all that emotional stuff. Stress raises cortisol, which is a diet killer. Hang in there, breathe, and know you've got friends here cheering you on.

I had to axe the fruit. Something to consider. It is insulin spiking. Best wishes for your quest, you've made a lot of progress so far!
