Oh no, fresh corn on the cob. 🌽 17 carbs... I'm glad I stopped at one ear. It's amazing, I realized I was stuffed after one ear of corn. Boy, it was good. I'm going to have to strengthen my resolve here, to limit myself with the garden vegetables. Tomatoes, beets, potatoes and onions ready for harvesting. its a good opportunity for me to start learning portion control.

The bounty of the garden is such a temptation! Make it work for you. Once you get used to smaller portions, you do get amazed at how little it takes to fill you up.

I would kill for an ear of corn. Unfortunately, it's not FODMAP safe, and I can't digest it.
