Got up earlier today which is good, I need back on my routine. Made a pot of hot water for some tea today instead of coffee. Trying to go to sleep last night was a total train wreck because for some reason I had a meltdown about my childhood...so I laid in bed a cried for a while. Crying sure makes my headaches worse.
One more day until my sonogram...I hope they at least figure out I have hormone issues and fix them because this emotional roller coaster, constant pain and irregular bleeding while on "strong" birth control is getting to be too much to handle. Especially when I have other things to deal with like eating and both my children apparently need special help and trying to keep my home kept up. Holidays are coming and I'm more depressed than happy WTF? *Sigh* I hope there is SOMETHING they can do to help me...

Fraggle- They never go away...it's an every day thing. I have not had a single day in as long as I can remember where I could fully breathe out of both nostrils at the same time...

very sorry to hear that!i get sinus infections often and understand the utter pain and frustration but you have it even worse. have you ever tried a nasal flush? i try to do them regularly just to keep infections at bay. plus its kinda cool watching liquid go in one nostril and out the other (ok small things amuse me). you have ALL my sympathy =(

Fraggle- I can't do sprays or anything like that because they give me nose bleeds. I used to get nose bleeds on a regular basis :(

by spray do you mean those medicated ones that shred your nose lining? i must admit i do resort to those often but i am sure they are more harmful than good. the flush is a warm saline solution (suppose to be the most natural thing to the mucus lining inside your sinus as you can get) that is drained thru gently.. i am in australia, if you are able to use saline i am sure you can get them in usa?

Obviously, you are on an emotional roller coaster and are in need of some sort of intervention. Many times in my life, life became bigger than I could handle...whenever I got down, sometimes I had only one place to go and that is/was to look up. Still today when I feel crummy or hurt or whatever, I take a few moments to reflect on all the blessings God has given me...my FatSecret family rates right there at the top...where would any of us be without the love and support of all those on this site. I thank God for introducing you into my life...your enthusiasm for life, your love of your children, and genuiness are all things I love about you. For you see, you are a blessing to me. I hope your day gets better....mine just did.

Gwen- that was just what I needed to read before finally going to bed at 12:30 in the morning :) It made me tear up but in a good way. I am scared of my appt in about 7 hours... this emotional roller coaster has got to stop though, it is tearing me to shreds. Thank you so much for being here for me and that goes to all my friends out there. I probably wont be on til after my appt so we will see how it goes...
