AAUURRGGGHH! I am stuck and need to get this going the other direction again. It's been so hot and uncomfortable that walking outdoors is very difficult and I can't always get to the indoor track. I commit that I am going to turn this around and get back to losing again. Sooo disappointed in myself.

Fortunately walking is something you can do anyplace! If the indoor track is not convenient, just walk around inside your house (but be aware that if you do it too often, it might really irritate anyone else who is there!! lol)

I try to shift my disappointment to a reality check. Poor choices mean something to me...as do good choices when I move a different direction. I try to only make a commitment for the day, or even the hour if it is particularly stressful. Seems to increase my self-judgment if I make it bigger than that. How about just for today what will you do differently? Can be big or little, just reasonable and enough so you feel good about it. Hang in, find your balance.
