Happy Day, my Best Buddies:
I did my 24 hour fast from food - I drank my Bulletproof Coffee at 8:00am but just eating dinner now - so no food since yesterday's dinner.

My trainer's calendar is full August 12th - so I pushed out my caliper measurement one week to August 19th!


#Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle

Current Goals: August 19th
*Idiot Boxes consistently weigh 158-159 by August 19th
*Bodyfat down 1% to 22.85% (last reading 23.85%)by August 19th
*Macros average: 65%-70% fat, 20-26% protein, 10% or less carbs
*NET carbs average 20-25 grams daily
*Lift heavier at gym – achieve new PR for weight or reps by August 19th
(50lb weight Sumo Squats x14 x6 sets)(1000 repetitions!)
*Continue HIIT during cardio work
*Continue abdominal challenge at the gym – lose another inch: 32”
*Continue to drink at least one gallon of fresh water daily
*Add bicycle rides with DH whenever possible
*Wear the size 10 black jeans comfortably! (Debra!)

Long Range Goals: 2016

*Bodyfat at 20% or less
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 150-155lbs staying under goal weight

@HCB, Wow! I'm inspired! Great goals really. HIIT is wonderful workout too. What a woman! more like wonder woman. Funny, idiot box numbers..... CHILL, we have about 8 more weeks of heat. I can hardly wait for fall too. BTW, I was gone on vacation for a couple weeks. Now back to the work of ME. Also supporting you'ze all here as best I can. I didn't gain while away and did a lot of walking. Lot, iz an understatement.
