Twice in the past week, I kicked off my blanket while asleep. This never happens. I think it means my RMR is higher. (AC is on.)

Last night, I looked down and realized my legs were crossed. Can't remember the last time I was able to do that!

Fasting today (2 of 3).

Well, I was wrong about Butter Bob. He does have loose skin. He says it is inevitable. I'll just keep going with the thought that maybe I'm different 😕
236.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
