I did the 3 day Military diet - so hard but i made it. Didnt lose any where near what i shouldve and usually i lose quite easily. Going to see an expert. I have never weighed so much, dieted or exercised this much and i am just not losing anything.... Will let the professional decide whats going on
152.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
