Anyone done EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training? I did it today for the first time after gym, and it was SO intense (in a good way)... i know im going to be sore tomorrow.. Anyone have any experience with it and want to share stories? Success?
Also, i dont know if im eating ok... Tips from anyone who was battling to lose but then changed up their diet to something that works - please share.

Welcome to FatSecret Taryn! A few tips to make your journey easier : Weigh yourself everyday if you like but only take 1 day a week to record your official weight on FatSecret. This will help you monitor your weight more consistently on a weekly basis. Your weight will fluctuate everyday and that will drive you nuts!! When it comes to change of eating there's various methods to try. Some follow a low carb approach, some people eat less than their RDI, and some of us have adopted a fasting lifestyle. I personally have lost 30kg by following a fasting lifestyle called the 5:2 Fast Diet. You can read up about it on www.thefastdiet.co.uk and you can follow our experiences to learn more about it. Take time to experiment and don't rush the journey :)
