Five-Two Cowboy's Journal, 11 July 2016

Not shocked anymore. 42 gone. No struggle. No worries. No cravings. No limits. Walking more because all the stuff that hurts, hurts less. In 1998, I was 222. My girlfriend hasn't seen me there. My high school senior son hasn't seen me there. Future plans include weights, new goal weight, and maybe a before and after pic (inspired by Sean's success, but there aren't many pics of the fatter cowboy so that might be a challenge). Look at the time. Let's go My People!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
