I love this time of year for all of the festivities but I hate how much I eat this time of year! I am at my highest in weight that I have been in almost 2 years! I am not happy with myself. Time to record again. I have to get consistant. I need to stop falling off the wagon. I mean dragging my feed off the side is easy to get back on after. There is no need to just completely jump off! Try Try Again! Try Try Again! I need to remember that nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels. I can't go back to what I was.
