Good thing I'm walking five days a week :0 I need to get back on track. I haven't gained, but I've been slack in what I have been putting in my mouth. If I hadn't walked I'm sure I would have gained a few... The good thing is, when I'm at my goal, walking will help keep it in check and make it easier to maintain. Had a few pieces of candy yesterday, no biggy, didn't gorge myself, but did enjoy it lol. I ran the popcorn machine at our harvest festival at church, it was fun! I will have to sign up for that one every year, plus it keeps you warm (it's outside). I didn't have any of it either, and I love popcorn.

Wow, that's discipline. I would have indulged in some pop corn along with my chocolate :-) Keep the walking going. You could add 1 lbs weights to your walk to burn a few more calories, then you'll have more room for chocolate. lol, j/k. But in all honesty that could give you a little more flexibility. Keep up the good work.
