Desppite behaving myself staying within my alotted calories, I go up? I didnt touch one piece of candy! I havent been exercising which could explain alot. I didnt reach my goal for Oct 31. On a positive note I feel good about eating cleaner. Gonna make some turkey chilli and do something with a pork roast, tidy up the house and go out with some co workers for a few drinks for my birthday (tommorow I hit the big 40). It doesnt bother me its only a number! DH is still a butthead nothing new he is waiting for it to pass.............

Could be sodium? hormones? It's hard to tell with a woman's body. Some people are more susceptible to bloat than others. You know you are on plan so stick with it. It will go down again and stay hydrated.
