feel like im beginning to fall of my diet again. I was doing so good, losing so much weight, but now that its cold outside i've lost motivation. :( i need motivation ugh

There's a magazine on the stands right now called "Off the Couch". It's packed with motivational stories and ways to keep yourself motivated. It even has a sample clean eating menu plan to help. There are others that can help too. It's also a good time to try a new class, get a new exercise outfit, etc. Find your motivation. Just think if you stick with it through the holidays you will look amazing come January and won't be one of those people starting over. Now here's a "kick" and get started. You can do it.

Since it is cold outside, I've taken to jogging in place for 20 minutes while watching a show on tv at night. It helps!
