my scale was broken last weigh in, i used a doctor scale this time, actual weight is 297
297.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 147.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

A broken scale sucks. I'm one of those weird people who weighs several times a day but maybe this could be a good thing. Focus on inches instead of poundage. Then the next time you weight yourself it will hopefully be a good surprise.
